Are SimplyHair extensions made from 100% human hair?
Yes, all our extensions are made from 100% ethically sourced Remy human hair, ensuring the cuticles remain intact for a natural look and long-lasting shine.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for orders placed before 12 PM EST.
Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
Absolutely. Since our extensions are 100% human hair, you can curl, wave, or straighten them. However, we recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping tools below 350°F to prolong their lifespan.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unworn hair extensions. For hygiene reasons, the security seal must be intact for a refund to be processed.
